Video Anthology 2026
Have you filmed a poetry video to showcase your work?
Submissions are invited for the Wirral Poetry Festival Video Anthology 2026.
Poets can send up to 3 videos using the form below by Sunday 9 August 2026.
- Videos must be 3 minutes or less
- Be sent on mp4 or mov. Files – no links to other sites please
- Be the poet’s original work
- Under 16s are welcome to submit but only through a parent or carer
- You must have the permission of the film maker if other than the poet
- Any music included in the soundtrack must be open source or the copyright must belong to the poet or film maker
- Must be family friendly
- Use the links on the Wirral Poetry Festival website to upload your videos.
The Video Anthology will be premiered in Port Sunlight during the Festival Weekend on 3 October in the Lady Lever Art Gallery. It will then be posted on our website. You can see last year’s Video Anthology here: https://wirralpoetryfestival.org.uk/poetry-anthology-2025/
This is not a competition so videos will be included for how they fit with the overall body of work as well as their quality. Our aim is to show a diversity of poetry and film techniques.
